Special Sessions
CCICS 2025 invites proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. These sessions complement the main program by showcasing cutting-edge research from both academia and industry on specialized, innovative, challenging, and emerging topics. Prospective organizers are encouraged to submit their proposals and will be responsible for promoting their sessions and overseeing the peer review process as session chairs.
Prospective organizers of Special Sessions for CCICS 2025 are invited to submit their proposals by sending an email to ccicsconf@163.com. Proposals must have been received by the deadline of June 30, 2025, for consideration. The proposals should include the following information:
- the title of the proposed Special Technical Session
- short description (less than 300 words) of the topic
- a list of all talks, speakers, and co-authors (in each associated paper). Each Special Session should contain a minimum of 5 accepted papers.
- session organizer(s) name(s), affiliation(s), short biography, and contact information (including email addresses).
- Special session proposals will be evaluated upon submission based on the timeliness of the topic, its uniqueness, and the qualifications of the proposers. Accepted special sessions will be listed on the CCICS 2025 website.
