Paper Submission Information
Authors whose abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the CCICS 2025 may submit their final papers for publication in the International Conference Proceedings. These proceedings will be submitted for indexing in Ei Compendex and Scopus.

- Paper Submission Due: May 31, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: June 15, 2025
- Registration Deadline: June 30, 2025
- English will serve as the official language for the entire duration of the meeting;

- For those who do not willing to publish full papers can submit abstracts. Accepted abstract can be presented as Presentation Only;
- Submitted Papers should contain text, graphics, tables, mathematical equations and references within 6-15 pages. All the submitted papers should be in MS Word (Template) file;
- All submissions are subject to a rigorous peer review process. The reviewers consist of members of the scientific committee who are experts in fields that precisely align with the conference topics;
- Best Oral/Poster Presentation Award: One outstanding oral or poster presentation will be selected from each session, and the award recipients will be announced at the conclusion of each respective session.

4. Review & Acceptance
- Authors will be notified of review decisions Before June 15, 2025.
- Acceptance is on condition that at least one author will register and present the paper at the conference. CCICS 2025 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
- CCICS 2025 will not accept any manuscript that, at the time of submission, is under review, has been accepted for publication, or has already been published in any other conference proceedings or journal. Additionally, authors are required to refrain from submitting their work to other venues during the CCICS 2025 review process.
- Submitted papers should encompass original research conducted by the authors, accompanied by thorough, accurate, and scholarly citations to acknowledge the work of others. Authors are responsible for clearly delineating their contributions as well as identifying any previously published results or techniques upon which their work relies or builds. Reviewers are tasked with ensuring that these standards are rigorously adhered to.
- All submissions to the CCICS 2025 will undergo a rigorous evaluation process, including an initial topic review, iThenticate plagiarism detection, double-blind peer review, and final acceptance.
