LU LENG received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Currently, he is a full professor at Nanchang Hangkong University. Prof. Leng has published more than 100 international journal and conference papers, including about 60 SCI papers and three highly cited papers. He has been granted several scholarships and funding projects, including five projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as a reviewer of more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection and biometric recognition. Prof. Leng is an outstanding representative of "Innovation Talent" of Jiangxi Enterprise in "Science and Technology China" in 2021, received "Jiangxi Youth May Fourth Medal" in 2019, "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten-thousand Talent Project" in 2018, "Jiangxi Voyage Project" in 2014, etc.

Dr. Narendra D. Londhe is presently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering of National Institute of Technology Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. He completed his B.E. from Amravati University in 2000 followed by M.Tech. and Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee in the years 2006 and 2011, respectively. He has 14 years of rich experience in academics and research. He has published more than 150 articles in recognized journals, conferences, and books. His main areas of research include medical signal and image processing, biomedical instrumentation, speech signal processing, biometrics, intelligent healthcare, brain–computer interface, artificial intelligence, and pattern recognition. He has been awarded by organizations like Taiwan Society of Ultrasound in Medicine, Ultrasonics Society of India, and NIT Raipur. He is an active member of different recognized societies from his areas of research including senior membership of IEEE.


Prof. Mikhail L. Kheifetz

Prof. Kheifetz Mikhail Lvovich was born on April 4, 1962, in the city of Polotsk, Vitebsk oblast, Republic of Belarus. After school, he studied in 1979-1984 at the Mechanical Department of the Polotsk Polytechnic Institute which was transformed in 1998 into the Polotsk State University. From 1985-1990 he studied a postgraduate course at the Physical- and Technical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Belorussian Soviet Socialist Republic. From 1984-1986 he served in the Soviet Army. From 1986-1989 he worked as an Engineer-designer of the Department of the Chief Designer of the Polotsk auto repair plant. Since 1989 he worked as a Junior and later as a Senior Researcher at the Research Department of the Polotsk Polytechnic Institute. In 1992 he defended at the Sankt-Petersburg State Technical University the thesis of Candidate of technical sciences “Increase of components treatment efficiency and components quality having wear proof covering by using a rotary tool”. In 1992-1995 he worked as a lecturer of the Chair “Design of radio-electronic devices” of the Polotsk Polytechnic Institute and in 1995-1997 as a lecturer of the Chair “Economy and Organization of Manufacturing”. In 1997 he defended a thesis for a Doctor of technical sciences “Theoretical and technological base of high intense combined treatment of components”. Since 1998 he worked as a professor and since 2005 as a head of one chair of the Polotsk State University. He received the diploma of docent in 1997 and the diploma of professor in the field “Technology” in 2000. From 2006-2009 he worked as the Deputy Rector of the Polotsk State University.Since 2009 he works at the Presidium of the National Academy of Belarus as the Deputy Academician-Secretary of the Department of Physical- and Technical Sciences and since April 2010 as the scientific Supervisor of the Laboratory of a technological complex of the State Research and Production  Association “Center” of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. From September 2019 to April 2020, Deputy General Director for Science of JSC "NPO Center" of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. In April 2020, he was elected director of the Institute of Applied Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
